Chualk removal

I need to repair a seam and rechualk it. I bandaided it this summer with some ProFlex RV Flex Seal but now I need to clean it up and make a permanent repair.

How do I get this stuff off?

I need to do the maintenance on my roof as they recommend replacing the caulk every year. I also need to know how best to get the old stuff off.

Only difference is I am going to use EternaBond to do the seams as it is a lifetime repair. (I am a bit lazy when it comes to roof work) I believe this is where I bought the stuff http://bestmaterials.com/detail.aspx?ID=11341 got the 50 foot X 4 inch rool to do ALL the seams and the price was pretty good. With 2 cans of cleaner and the roll, with shipping I spent less than $100.

This stuff is great for all kinds of roofing repairs and also works on tanks and in pretty wet applications. You can find out more about it at eternabond.com but buy it from the active link as it will be cheaper there.
