Bumper to gooseneck adapter?

Anyone ever seen anything like this,? Appears to have a ball mount in the front pocket. Then u bolted in rear . Guess it takes wd hitch to a new level

I've seen the other way around, which was a iron post welded to a pin on a 5th wheel trailer then a two inch ball coupler at the bottom of that sitting on the bumper going fast down the road.

That's funny. I had that exact idea to do on my monster bumper mount toy hauler years ago. Never got around to it but always wanted to.
