Talking Brand New Fiver!

Were picking up our new rolling house tomorrow! It’s a 2006 Open Road 396RDDS, 40 footer with 4 slides. Has the Canadian weather package and all the options even a fireplace. We figured we live in the thing 24/7 we might as well be comfortable. Its GVWR is 16500. Took off the doggie condo (shell) and put in a 20K fifth wheel, must say the truck looks much better. Can’t wait till tomorrow! Will post some pics when we are settled in our new location, going back to NC.

Made the deal before Katrina hit, hope we don’t have to take out a loan for fuel or be camped out on the side of the road because there isn’t any.

Just did a search. Here's a 2005 model. Not sure how the 06 differs. http://www.panpacificrv.com/3179.html Quite a unit. Happy Trails!
