Bought a new tractor for the yard..PICS INCLUDED!!!

Hey guys i just bought a New Holland 3045 Boomer for my yard total weight was 19860 on a CAT scale it never downshifted on the hills but i had to manually shift to 5th when the EGTs got too warm. I got about 10 mpg at 65 headwind and hills..i never knew that it was even back there and amazing at how much power these trucks have i passed a 1500 hemi pulling an el' camino on about a 2 mile hill and he tried to speed up so i couldnt pass but the 6.7 just laughed at him when i passed him! The trailer is a 25' PJ and im guessing it weighs around 8K as the tractor weighs in at

Want to see what you got!! I am picking up a JD 1026r this weekend for my little 3 acre plot. Getting the FEL, 60" midmount mower and a few other small implements. Anything else would result in implements of destruction in my hands.

I think you're going to need to save that picture to your computer, then attach it to the post here. Or upload it to another website that will make it accessible. Based on the URL attached to the image you're posting, it looks like it's currently stored as an attachment to an email in your Hotmail/Windows Live account. If that's the case, we won't be able to see it here.

I just bought the same JD with a bucket loader & box scraper for now. Only have 3.5 hours on it so far but I just got 10 yds of top soil delivered a few miniutes ago. Now if the rain would just stop.

It sounds like Tyler got a bigger toy than what we got.

Picked mine up this afternoon. My dealer can't keep them on the lot, sold everyone he has and still has buyers waiting. The mower deck is on order so I don't have that yet.

Hopefully Tyler can get his pictures posted soon.

Cool Tyler. I had to buy a compact tractor because I'm too old to climb that high to get in.

tankeryanker I bought it because i was sick of my 46" rider taking 5 hours to mow my lawn...with the tractor and 84" finish mower its 30 mins now and come winter time i'm going to be warm in my tractor and snowblower on the back while everyone is freezing. Its really amazing how fuel efficient these tractors are (and its not even deleted) haha

Lets see if this works

A full size or even compact tractor would be too big for me. The subcompact is a bit big but really needed the loader and wanted the 3 point for implements that in my hands can destroy things in the name of improvments. An enclosed heated cab sure will be nice in the winter.

Have you added a nice sound system?
