Air Ride for leaf spring tandem axle trailer

Wondering if anyone here has one of these kits on their leaf sprung tandem axle trailer Kelderman or Trailair? If you do, how do you like it? Was it worth it?

That looks like what i have on my truck, with a gauge and up and down switch on the dash, and pulling our 34ft toyhauler it made one heck of a difference.
Wish i had something like that under the trailer though because the torsion susp. is rather rough when on bumpy roads.

After surfing there site i found one of there dealers close to me in Mooresville NC and they quoted me 5800 to install this system
That hurts the old bank account but the man said it is very good stuff and alot more durable than just the susp. from factory.

I dont know it is alot to dish out considering just bought the trailer brand new 2months back. maybe i could make a budget for next year.

Those DO work Great!
I built my own because I didn't like the way that the airsafe hitches covered the license plates when you are unhooked... so I designed and build mine to drop 7 inches so that I don't have to pull it off and lug that 80-90 lbs around.

I guess that hitch style is OK as long as you don't need a weight distributing hitch.

I have one of those airsafe hitches with weight distribution. It works fine.

Airsafe told me the other day when i called that it would be about 800$ for the hitch i needed to pull with. thought that was kinda high. just gonna wait till next year and get an airride under the trailer and be done with it.
