I'll sell you my "Air-Lift" bags off the old '95 V10 2500. They worked awesome with my slide in camper that was really too big for the truck.
pm me if you're interested.

You need a different part# for the 03/04 models. Go to RIDE-RITE and get theirs. I put a set on for about $215. These are the manual inflate type but work great. It only took about 2 hours to put them on. I have pictures on the members photo page

How are them Ride Rites working out. I put Air Rides in mine and had some real issues with them and ended up sending them back. I hate to go through it all again with bad results.

That would be nice, but lots oh $$$$$. Plus the warrenty issues and how is it for strength in the long run I wonder, like after 300,000 miles of abuse.

Also now that I look at that some more it mounts just like my Air Rides did with the bag between the axle and frame. That really killed my suspension travel and wouldn't alow the truck to ride level with a load on it. You had to keep the butt jacked up in the air, think I will skip on that.

MM, I had Ride Rites on my 1/2 Ton Silverado and they were excellent. Never one problem. I actually had two pair as the truck was rear ended and the insurance company put on a new pair. Neither had problem one!!!
I just have to wait for the money to do a complete system on the new rig. I want to do on board air this time, that was my only regret on the first set. Airbags meaner higher ride height towing, which means new hitch, sorry for rambling...

Right their is the problem I have with them. Kind hard to pull a gooseneck level when the *** of the truck is way up in the air. Shorten the neck and my box sides will be history.

Mopar_Mudder, I think you and I posted at the same time, because I did not notice the post about the tail in the air when I posted.

My Ride Rites brought me back to about stock ride height.

When I posted about the RR, I was refering to the quality of the product and not how they fastened. I was un-aware of your height issues, I thought you were un-happy with the product in general.

Sorry for ruffling any feathers...
Tom

Thanks for all the input, but I'm a little confused. With my 03, 4x4, towing a 5ER will I have problems with ride height after I install the bags? I thought that would allow me to compensate for the *** end squatting and improve the ride.
