With a Gooseneck it might be allright,but those tires will let you know why everyone is saying no....they won't blowout (not likely anyway) But you gots lotsa rubber between the wheel and ground...If you MUST then be carefull
I'm not going to even comment how overloaded I have had my 99 2500 with a gooseneck. Lets just say I was way over 26,001 lbs which is in CDL territory but my truck also has a set of overload springs and about near stock size tires. A great deal of it depends on how your load the trailer to, the goal is to keep the majority of the weight on the axles of the trailer if at all possible.

remember only a certain percentage of the weight is actually on the truck, believe the towing for a 2500 is around 8500 on the gn hitch, not sure about the lifted part because real working trucks dont get lifted
