2wd vs 4wd hitch height?

I traded in my 2007 QC 2500 2wd for my current sig truck. I was wondering the difference in hitch height and if I need to buy a drop for my travel trailer. They make a 4 inch drop that I would need for my current hitch set up.

On a 33 footer you must have a hitch with equalizer bars. When I had a 32 foot bumper pull, my setup had an adjustment feature that allowed you to move the head up or down a few inches which should be lots unless you have a lift kit. The hitch went straight into the factory receiver but the head was lowered about 2 holes. Whole trailer was level when hooked up. Take a closer look at your head unit. it probably has an adjustment feature.

I do have the equalizer bars, it is stored under cover at my parents and so is the hitch. I will work on it this weekend. I just wanted to order the parts now and not wait. No lift at all, so I should be good to go, thanks for your help.
