Hey mods, What about having a forum for horsepower clubs? According to your dyno results you could be apart of a certain HP level club. Might be kinda fun! Can the mods shop this idea around? Thanks.

As Power Curve can vary due to altitude, temperature, humidity, tire pressure, tire type, gear ratio, type and/or brand of Dynomometer used, phase of the moon, number/ratio of stickers on the side and rear window, color of seat covers, as well as other factors (not even begining to argue about the "skill" of the dyno operator, or out and out fabricated results from the owner/buddy/bystander telling the tale, we would have to start purchasing thread locks wholesale by the truckload to start something like that here.

My personal thoughts on this are the same as they are on posting threads about drag racing on the streets, we have alot of young owners and drivers on this board that are to impressionable and it just encourages them to push that limit a little more because other people are doing it. This is not knocking the younger folks at all, I have gotten alot a great advice on here from these boys and my own mechanic is my 18 year old kid, but it is just a fact that it takes very little to get them excited about pushing that envelope just a little further than the next guy.
