I know that I've done this before and a while back it quit working for me . I used to be able to click on the add URL icon and it would ask for the URL. Then it would ask for a name or some such, but the effect was that the name would appear in the post as the link instead of the URL name. I saw a new post today that was working. Can change a setting so I can get it to work for me again?

 

What you do is this..

Go ahead and type the text you want to be "linked". Then highlight it with your mouse. Click the link button, insert your URL and voila! Instant link.
