in my profile to make a picture appear in my posts by selecting "I have my own picture" ?

I have been trying to understand how this is done for a while now and have tried many different ways and url's, it's just not happening for me.

Yes, thanks. I never did find where the thumbnail is located. The Flag is what I wanted to display, I'm pretty proud of those colors.
