Uploading PIC's....yeah another Q!!

Uploading PIC's....yeah another Q!!
While uploading pics I get the following error, anyone got any ideas, it looks like it is coming from the server?
Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 11
Command:
"/usr/bin/mogrify" -size 100x75 -quality 50 -geometry 100x75 '/home/httpd/html/pics/data/500/34826P1010057_III-thumb.jpg'

Go to download.com and do a search for a program called IrfanView. It allows you to resize pictures in a smaller size so you can upload them to the site. Hope that helps!!

Did anyone find a solution for this I'm getting a similar error:
