Hey Jack what gives here am I doing something wrong?
My old password wouldn't work so I got a new one from the site with #'s. it let me in & I then went in & changed my password back to my old one. Tried login in later this evening & no go. I tried with the #'s that got me in on the last login no go. So again I had to request a new password.

 

Try resetting your cache and cookies.

This seems to help any number of problems.

Clear your internet cache as Phox stated, also make sure your internet options are set to "Always load the freshest (newest) page. Your problem is a common one and it is with your browser.
