Signatures are getting out of hand

Can we limit the font size and limit characters in the signatures? I'm all for providing details about our trucks, but there are many sig's now that are out of hand. There sig takes more line space than the messages they post. I am getting tired of wading through posts that have 12 lines of sig info and fonts the size of billboard messages like ...

Non Megacab non quadcab non 6 foot bed non automatic non laramie, non 4wd club

There is already a character limit in place.

I could see limiting the font size but don't limit the characters any more then they already are please
the size really does not bother me but if you guys do something please don't limit the characters
thanks keep up the good work
Mark

If you do DTR links and "how to" in your sig it eats up tons of characters
even if you make the link small like I have in my sig

I didn't realize there was a character limit already. My point wasn't to limit the truck information we provide. I think it goes a long way when I can read a member's truck sig when he/she is posting, and I think we should provide as much information as possible when posting problems. My biggest issue are the unnecessarily large fonts. I just don't think they need to be that way.

I figure that if enough people agree or disagree, then maybe the administation might see the need to do something, or not.

I do like reading the quotes and notes that many of you provide. Especially Lary's..." I don't finish anyth"

Some off them go way too far. When we get a complaint, we have a TSB to cover it.

Far too many ignore the "sig should not be bigger than the post" norm. Honestly, I hate huge sigs and would trim them down to the bare bones minimum.

Amen. I put it in my sig, only it's so small you can't read it (right below the 2 in 2004.5)
