Ok I understand how to copy and paste but it doesnt look like a Quote when done that way.

You should just be able to wrap the text in the [quote] tags similar to how you would quote in a reply and place that text into your signature. Haven't tried it, but I would expect that to work. The main difference is that you cannot use images in the signature where you can quote images in a reply.

Yep, the [quote] tags work in the sigs, and so do the color and url tags. Just no images.
