Problem getting on site

A couple of evenings this week, I have tried to log on, and my computer will show "Can not display this page." I even tried more than one computer and got the same message. However, when I logged on this morning from my office (broadband connection, have dial-up at home) the top of the main page told me that I was logged on last night at 10:56. That's when I tried, but the page wouldn't display. Are we overloading the server, or do I have a connection problem?

If we were overloading the server, you could get a message telling you that is the case. I share this bandwidth with other sites, and that could have been the case last night where other sites were trying to use more bandwidth. I was also doing some work on the site last night and there were a few times where I needed to shut it down. That could have been the problem as well.
