Private Messages.... saving SENT PM's

Would it be possible to allow setting it to save sent messages by default? I think this is the only forum I have seen that doesn't allow the option. After typing a long PM to someone, if you forget to change it to save , it's gone. You have no record of what you sent. Luckily when the person replies you get the quoted version but if you send a PM and then go.. wait... what did I just send... no luck.

Thanks!

We have it set default not to save for a good reason. You have a total number of messages allowed with your account, once you hit that number you no longer can receive a PM. Your sent messages count toward that number the same way your received messages do , meaning you run out of inbox space real quick if every message you send equals 2 PM's. (The one you sent plus the saved one)

This also helps us to save tons of space on the server and helps keep us online as well So if you have something important you are sending, be sure to hit the save button or be prepared to type it all out again

After making some tweaks, I've changed this back so that it stores your sent items by default. If you want this enabled, go back to your profile and make sure you enable that feature again. If you have any questions, please let me know..
