Please fix search function!!

Hi, I am new to this board. I don't own a dodge, but my brother in law does, and I am going to be helping him install a gauge setup we got him for christmas. Well I think your search function is kind of screwed up. It won't let me search for any 3 letter words, it says they are too short!! I say what is up with that? No other forum I have been on has done that. Lots of important, unique words are only 3 letters. For example, I tried a search for "vdo," and of course that did not work. Neither did my search for "sem paint." This is important stuff and not being able to search for it is kind of a bummer!!

I say, bring me some more disk space, and I'd be glad to give you three letter search functionality!

It'll be there in time. We've just made a huge transition and I only have two hands!

By the way, I noticed this is your first post. Great way to come in with a bang.

Sorry, I didn't realize it would take that much more space. I thought maybe something was broken or something like that. I just wanted to do some searching before I started asking questions so that I didn't look like some idiot!! Oops, maybe I already do!! Thanks for the response, you have a great site here!

Go ahead and post your questions in the appropriate forum. Be sure to fill in your signature with the truck info and I'm sure the other members would be happy to answer your questions or direct you to an old thread.

We just change software format, some of the options are not yet up to par, but given a little time, they will be.

Thanks for the kind words and welcome to the site!

Well the good news is that you're only a noobie for your first post. Then you're a full fledged "junior" member who knows better than to ask silly things.

No Das, it wasn't silly. And you beat me to it......
