Why is it sometimes I get on the site & click on new posts & it doesn't go to the days new posts? Instead I get " sorry the search function had been disabled by the administrator"

It also happens some times when I get to the new posts & I'm clicking on maybe the third or fouth page & it won't go to the next page I get the same message as above.

 

At times of peak server load, Jack has set the site software to disable the search function.
