When I first joined I had a 'Manage Attachments' opition in the Additional Options feature. Now I do not have that showing. What has changed? I have added pictures to my Gallery but I do not want to dump a lot into there. thanks

As far as I know regular users have not been able to post attachments to threads for quite some time.
A reason for that that I know of is that an attached file gets stored into the forum database and requires a lot more bandwidth than it does to use the IMG tags or a hyperlink.
