ok, i know i'm old. (61) but my laptop was down for a few mos. and when i tried to log in it was no bueno. tried 6-7 times to reset the password. nada. don't know if i'm doing it wrong or there is another problem. [attitude?, lack of knowledge?] whatever. can someone please help. thanks, tc

 

Don't use a password, you don't need one for chat.

If you log on a a guest, you don't need a password. If you register, you need to use a password.
