estranged?

I've not received any thread notifications or PMs since the new year. I checked and they are still turned on. Also checked my email and it's not going to the junk pile either. What gives?
Thanks,

According to the mail logs, the emails being sent to you are being received and successfully delivered to your account. You'll have to contact your email provider to find out but from this end, they are getting to you. As for what happens after that, I don't know.

Still trying to figure this out.
What is the email adress that these notices come from? I want to add it to my safe senders list in case that's the problem. But I didn't save any old messages to do this.
They're not ending up in "junkmail" but I thought I'd try that anyway and see.
Thanks,

Check your spam folder on your computer and then check the one provided by your ISP.

You have to log on to your email directly on the server of your ISP.
