When I try to do a search for anything I recieve this message (Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 50331648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1024 bytes) in /opt/www/html/dev/search.php on line 884) can anybody explain to me why. I have not had this problem in the past. This has just started.

 

You are using terms that are too vague and the server is running out of memory trying to find what you are asking. Shorten your query, use more specific terminology...remember that successful searching on any search engine is all about how you ask.
