I've tried three times to check on my order status (Mega Canon) but can't get any online status information on it. Richard, I'm not sure what you mean by status checking link. There is a link emailed to you that allows you to view a copy of your order, but it doesn't show any kind of real time status.

You placed your order three days ago on the 16th and it has been shipped the day after the order was placed. Also, you ordered UPS ground and you should expect up to 7 BUSINESS days for those types of shipments. So far, it's been two business days since your order shipped.
