Do the profits form buying DTR stickers and shirts and stuff go to the site or is it a break even kind of deal?

I know that it costs money to stock unlikley sizes, but some of the women in my life are a little larger than the pink shirt sizes available at the DTR shirt store. And they are very intersted in getting some of those shirts. Would it be difficult to have larger sizes available? Is there enough demand to make it profitable?
