Can't access my private message receipts

Hi there,

When I try to access my private message receipts to see what is confirmed and what is unconfirmed, I get a message that says " AK RAM, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons......",

Thanks.

you might need to disable your pop up blocker.

It's an admin only feature, no one can access that part.

Anyone should be able to access that.
It's the "read reciept" that the software asks you if you want before it sends the PM.

Standard reply might work here, clear the cache and reset the cookies.

Phox is right I believe, sounds like a browser issue. Clear cache and close browser before trying to log on again.

Also make sure your browsers internet options are set to always load the freshest(newest) page. It is supposed to work fine if it is set to automatically figure that out, but often it doesn't.
