6.7 High Performance

There should be a 6.7 high performance catagory not just 3rd generation. When you go under 3rd generation high performance all the 5.9's are grouped in there with it.

Look at www.thedieselplace.com . That site seems more organized and user friendly imo. It seems there are more users online here at any given time.

NP John.

My brother is a 6.7 owner and asked me to post for him. He's not computer literate. He likes the format over at my forum (D'Max) and thought it would work here as well.

There will be a 4th generation HP Performance category once Dodge actually releases 4th gen trucks. For now there only is 3rd gen trucks and some have 5.9s while others have 6.7s.

We prefer to not have as many categories as that forum does. Less can be more when you are searching for something. Fewer category's that contain the same kind of info are far less confusing IMHO

Leaner, more user friendly is our goal

Since the 6.7L trucks have a completely new engine and transmission, I think it warrants its own high performance section. There is nearly nothing on a 5.9L CR that will work on a 6.7L and the same goes for the transmission. It makes finding high performance product discussions very difficult here, and I end up going to other sites to get the information I am looking for.

Please reconsider.

Thanks for the reply Larry. It's just a pain sometimes trying to look for high perf. discussions only to find out it doesn't apply to you because it's a 5.9. Different auto-trans, different exhaust, dpf's, exhaust brakes...you get the picture I'm sure. Thanks anyway.

I didn't mean to make it sound like it wasn't ever going to happen, I meant I knew it would around September when they release the 09 trucks. That doesn't mean we won't do it sooner if we are able to.

Even a "Sticky" under 3rd generation high performance labeled 6.7 would make it alot easier imo.
