Past President is a Chair normally held by the leaving president to keep stability in the new administration. Since this is our first administration we put a new man in.<br> Yes the trustees are elected to different terms as well. This adds a balance to the Board Of Officers thru different administrations.<br>

If you look in the Events forum you will see this has been an ongoing project for some time. Several notices were placed through out the forum asking for interested individuals to show up to a meeting held in chat and volunteer to help build this project. <br> <br> From these volunteers, The members who chose to attend this meeting elected a committee to oversee the Chapter process. All committee members were elected by the attending members and assigned the duty of forming DTR chapters<br> <br> The committee then spent several weeks drafting up the Charter for the new chapters. The Charter consists of the By Laws, Charter License and all necessary forms to run a local Chapter. Upon completion of the organizational duties, the committee then elected the Founding Board of Officers to take control of the newly constructed Charter.<br><br> These same Officers came from the ranks of volunteers that signed up at the Original Meeting and participated in the construction of the Charter. Once the Chapters are up and running smoothly, We will hold annual elections to fill the chairs of the Board Of Officers from the membership rolls of the Chapters.<br><br> Each of these Officers is a member of this forum and have given many long hours of service in building a foundation to help guarantee the success of the Local Chapters. We are very fortunate that these individuals took the time to Show up at The Meeting and Volunteer their services to this cause.<br><br> If you have any other questions please feel free to ask in this forum.<br> <br>

You'll always know who these folks are because their name shows up blue in the user list on the bottom of the forum index. They also have a &quot;staff&quot; designation in their profile. There were a bunch of people who helped on the project, which is why it got off the ground so quickly.
