I took delivery of the truck last night and let me tell you it is everything I expected and more!

I'll post pictures and do a little write up for yall later this week.

Off to go drive around

 

I picked my truck up 05/03/04. 3500, 4x4, six speed, QC, LB, Cummins. It was 12 weeks to the day. Truck looks and drives great. I hope they have all the bugs out by now. The dealer here in Houston was great to deal with and I had no problems.

I ordered my truck 3/31 and was told to expect a 12 week wait, then my order went D1 on 4/8 and KZ on 4/26. I was thinking that things are looking good and maybe they are, but my truck has apparently just been sitting outside the plant in Saltillo since that time with estimated delivery to my dealer moving back daily. Today`s ETA is 5/19 which would still be smokin' but tomorrow it will be 5/20 and so on and so forth. Oh well, maybe Dodge and Cummins will have a handle on the poor fuel economy by the time I get my truck so I can get it straightened out if need be.
