Wow five whole posts today. Seems pretty dead. I hope it is because people have fun and exciting things to do.

I was back to work this week. No students yet. They will come Tuesday. I have a new piece of tech to learn about this year. It is a 4' x 6' white board called a Promethian Board. It is connected to a computer anf a projector mounted to the ceiling. It will be fun learning the power of this incredible teaching tool.

Good midnighter. Just got home from being out. Installed a pyro on a friends 08 dodge tonight. It really wasn't as hard as it looked to drill the manifold. A right angle drill worked great. Got home from work today, sanded down the seam under the rockers on the cab of my truck. Had a little paint flaking of and some rust just starting. Cleaned her all up, primed, painted, and cleared. Looks very good now. Gona wait a couple days and then wet sand the tape line out and blend it in a little better. You can't see the tape line becauce its hiden but i know its there. Gonna sleep in tomorrow, got a three day weekend! Good night, 3/4 is out.

 

WoW! A lot can happen around here when a guy turns his back for a couple of days. I think Justwannabeme has us all beat when it comes to being in a neat place and knowing how to --spend time--. Ex LEO’s know about spending time.

I learned to turn my head and leave laughing when peering over a fence that I had no legal reason to be looking over.

Wish I had the talent for steel that you and some others like Alwaysworking have. Could have saved me a lot of money.

CIN’S DODGE: I also am sorry about your arm. Funny, I can drill a hole in a nail to keep it from turning black, carve metal splinters out of my feet but when it comes to a doctor working on me I want to be knocked out.

Redleg: I know I have mentioned to Blue3quarter before but I love trains and older machinery. Glad to know others keep em running.

Trooperthorn: I had to look up Promethian Board. Apparently two different spellings allowed. Both hurt my head very badly when I was trying to understand it. Thank goodness people like you can teach that stuff. I am lost, (however, I am still fat dumb and happy)

Had a nice evenin last night, washed both trucks, got my EJA re-installed, drank all my beer, talked to Top in the chat for about 30 minutes, and then the ol interupted me, so I had to cut Lary off early...

Bout to eat and go clean out the inside of the trucks.

Coffee and foo is on. Tea is coming later, maybe some sun tea...

That usually involves coffee an' donuts, don't it?
It ain't hard. A lot easier than wood, that's fer sure! With wood, if you cut too short or drill in the wrong place you gotta start over. With steel, you just fill the hole in with weld or weld onto the end of the 'too short' piece then grind it down an' you're back where you started!

Got a little more of the sawmill done yesterday. Kinda fun but difficult at the same time. I usually make my own plans and drawings and this time I'm working off of someone elses plans. Hard to get back into interpretation of drawings when they're drawn the right way and not MY way!

Yumyum breakfast is out and about. Watch where your walkin,they flew everywhere this mornin. Got a decent night sleep and still got up at 5 ish.Get to go look at another house today,it's on almost 2 acres,about 1630 s.f. still a 2 car garage but add a car port or a detached garage,all brick,quite a distance from everything.I even looked at detached garages this morning,I would be takin almost my whole backyard out.There are so many ideas out there that it's just too overwhelming.Cin's mission is so time consuming.

Night shift here. Got some chips and salsa on the counter and hot dogs in the fridge, coffee's brewing. Bad crash when I left this morning (12 car on the freeway) and came in tonight to them working a bad crash. Hope it quiets down, everybody's suppose to be up north now.

 

Shouldnt your wife be washing those trucks? Oh, never mind. Just realized that washing vehicles is my excuse for being outside and drinking BEER.

Not much of a chance of that happening with me involved.

Gawd that cracked me up. Must be time to start picking on madhat again.

How deep do they have to go for water? (Im assuming its well water)
