I was thinking of going with a set of Mach 6's and a Pro Street 66 for my DD. My questions are, would my FASS 95 be enough for those injectors and my Edge Comp? Also, would I be able to get by with a set of ARP headstuds and a stock gasket? I've heard that the stock gasket with the ARP studs is good upto 65 psi, and I was planning on putting more than 60 psi max to it. Thanks for any help, guy's.
No the stock gasket will not hold ! You may last a few days but it not very long! Its more to do with the heat! The Fass 95 will supply it , i would recomend a 150 , they do a little better job keeping good flow and good pres!
But i would ring and stud first! JMO

I was just going off what one of the websites (I think either Piers or ATS) was saying about the headgasket. I don't plan on going over 60 psi at all and they were saying that a stock gasket and aftermarket studs would be good for upto 65 psi, so I didn't think the O-rings would be immediately nessesary. I was thinking a set of studs and a marine gaskest till i can work up the money for a full Stage 2 head job from Piers.
where are you out of? If your in Korea thats a heck of a shipping charge!
I belive that 65 lbs with studs is guess work , most likely the highest one with just studs has ever held, in reality its only a mater of time, it will go just when! Why not just ring it and not have to spend your time on a cleanup job! Its not going to be much more expensive besides taking the head off and finding a shop to ring it!

Your head gasket can not and won't be happy with the set up you mention!
60+ psi from any single turbo is probably more expansion pressure from excessive heat... than cool compressed air. I've been told the PS66 is not a desirable street turbo... you might ask around.

i run the sps 66 . I forgot to mention i run the 150 /95 and the 150 and both do well! The sps 66 is a daily driver once you get used to it, i can drive without smoke! but its headgasket required!
You betcha... at least out of my parking lot

The Pro Street is suppose to run 1:1 at 45 psi, so I was thinking about keeping it right there till I can get the head work done. 45 psi should last a while on a stock motor, just make sure I retorque the head studs.
