wire tap?

i hear people tapping there edge juice what does that mean and how do u do it and does it help? and also with that turnbuckle mod how long of a turn buckle should i buy. is there a benefit with the turnbuckle over the J hook?

You have to tap into the wire going to the VP44 to get the full fueling from the Juice/Att. set-up.
With a tunbuckle, you get NO adjustment at all on the wastegate. With a J-hook, you can adjust it to regulate pressure.

BTW, I would think that there would be instructions included with ur Juice/Att. to show you how to tap the pump wire.

solder the connections instead of wire tapping with a scotch lock connector. And use liquid electrical tape to seal it up when your done. Trust me on that one.

Its not really hard to do, but it can be difficult to find the correct wire to tap if you've never dug into the VP44 at all.


The turnbuckle is cheap but the J-hook is safer in the way it lets you build more boost but doesn't build boost past the stock turbo's efficiency range.
