WildCat Maxflow

Alrighty gang, here is the details on the Maxflow

Just got my kit this after noon, and need it installed so I got to work.

The lines and especially the fittings are top notch, real grade A stuff here!

I was rather unhappy with the instructions, but I will go about fixing that with a set of my own if I get around to it

unfortunately I was not able to route the lines as I believe the kit suggests because of my large pressure sender rig on my fuel filter cap, so I had to make some adjustments... no big deal just some minor stuff

I have small punctures in every single one of my fingers, another drawback of having to assemble the lines myself... normally not a big deal but I was supposed to have this kit a few days ago and I was pressed for time

I also get the feeling that I will need at least one more -8 fitting and a new length of line because I deffinately just screwed one up =(

I just installed mine and it was a big pain in the butt, but I got it done and all is fine now.

I installed mine several months back. It is well worth the money to open up the lines and let the fuel through. I still have the original lift pump (37000 mi) and it's working fine. Never pull under 8.5 PSI in WOT. Most of the time runs at 13.

try this it a little better than what comes in the box, the install is very straight forward for the average wrench monkey.

Works really good

I installed the kit a while back... followed the instructions posted above and had no problems. The dremel/utility knife method is effective for clean cuts of the stainless hose. The whole project does take a little time though (at least it did for me).

I had the web page copy mentioned above by Greenworks, worked well! Not the easiest install. Well worth the trouble - eliminates, IMO, the need for any other (more expensive) fuel support systems and allows stock fuel pump to last. Works well up to 500 hp +/-.
Brandon's rewright looks even better!

Ok all of ya'lls experiences beg the question, what was your fuel pressure before and after the installation of the Wildcat Maxflow. Either idle or WOT will be fine. Don't make me take another poll Scott

I could pull my fuel pressure to 2 or 3 psi befroe and not never below 8 psi. Idle seems the same.

Before was 15 idle, 11 cruise, 4 WOT

After was 17 idle, 15 cruise, 11 WOT

Max Flow system should be on every truck out there, it works!!

I can't remember what I idled at but I can remember seeing 3-4 psi at WOT until the Maxflow, now I see a 11 ish psi reading maxload. I would recommend it, especially as a really cheap solution to a major problem plaquing 24 valves.

Pre max flow:

idle: 15psi
cruise: 11psi
wot: 4psi

After max flow:

idle:17-18psi
cruise:14psi
wot: 10-11psi

It's a great kit. For install details, see my lengthy post on TDR (I'd link it but it's down for now)

I was running a Holley Blue with the MAX FLOW and had 11 @ WOT with several BOMBs to the truck.

Stocker lift was 2-3 at WOT, 10 at cruise after recovering for about 4-5 seconds and 12-13 at idle.

Holley Blue I got 16-17 idle, around 13 at cruise.

It took me several baths in diesel, punctures to the skin, wrenches slipping and disappearing somewhere under the hood and 6 different set ups to arrive at this one.

I still get flashbacks of the fuel running down my arm, soaking my shirt and then my pants.
