Im looking to upgrade from stock steel wheels and tires on my 98 3/4 t 4X4.
Im wanting to run a 285, 295, 305, or 315 - not sure which. What is the correct backspacing to get for an aftermarket rim? What widths are you guys using? (Id prefer to go with 8")
TIA...

I have pictures of my new 285 mastercraft courser C/T's in my Gallery. I think they look good.
Check Ebay for rims. Some stores on there have great deals. I like a lot of the Eagle Alloy wheels myself.

I am running 16x8 w/4.5 backspacing. I don't like the tires sticking out too far past the fender, so I went with the 4.5 BS on the Pro-comp Xtreme rims. For tires I am running S.S. Radials 285/75/16, they measure 34" Diameter. See pic in my gallery.
