You will need a sport grille, sport grille frame [mount], Sport bumper cover, sport bumper frame [steel bumper & reinforcement brackets]. Everything bolts right on.

I recently changed my 01 over from the chrome bumper and grille to the sport bumper and grille. This is a very easy conversion. Like others have said you will need to get all of the bumper and grille pieces from the sport truck. The grille is taller on the sport models and the release for the hood catch is longer also. The bumper is held on to the frame with just one bracket per side, the brackets have 3 bolts each but the brackets are different on a sport model. The nice thing is that 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton bumpers and grilles are the same. I got lucky and found a 1/2 ton sport that was the same color as my truck so it was just a bolt on -no paint. I also went a little different route and used parts from a truck with the factory "off road" package. These trucks had the bumper cover molded around factory tow hooks. It gives the truck a different look. Your best bet is to try to get the parts from a wrecked truck so that you get all the pieces you need.
