What valve springs?

I took the motor out and I'm putting in new main and rod bearings, while it is out i was going to also put in some valve springs so I can run the motor 4k or higher. What are the springs that everyone are using to do so. Any help would be great!

Hamilton has got my vote, I'm running his springs & I've had my truck over 4k many of times now. After seeing his thread on another site, showing real world comparisons against the other guys.... I wouldn't run any others.

I've been running the sportman springs from F1 for over 18 months now and they've been working great.

I have installed both the F-1 and the Hamilton springs. They both fit without any issues. But I run Don's springs. Somebody told me that they are 4.6l springs but I don't think that is true. It is funny how heated these spring wars can be.

i run 4g with stock springs. i never had any problems. my springs are new when i rebuilt motor. 50,000 miles but never had problems. im not saying its right, just never had problems is that why it smokes and pops at 4500 or so? 55lbs boost dont seem to hurt either???
