What plate gives the best performance?

I want to get/make a new fuel plate and I was wondering what the performance differance was between a #0 and a #100.

Well, a 0 plate gives the most fuel because it does not defuel at any point, but the 100 defuels a bit on the bottom to make the power come on smooth. Either one can give good performance, but it has been said that the 0 can be a smokey ride. I would try a 100 and if its not anough grind it to a 0 and let your foot control the smoke . Might be a pain sometimes though, especialy for other drivers.

I much prefer the #100 plate......smoke and egt's aren't quite as silly at low throttle......top end power is identical.
