My new to me CTD is a 95 2500 5spd , pretty much stock except for a K&N filter. Whats the least expensive and least invasive next step to up my performance?

Theres a lot of potential in our trucks, but power can be destructive if left unchecked.
You may want to check out getting some gauges to keep an eye on things as your increase power.

The first thing is Welcome!! Then get youself some gauges. EGT, Boost at a minimum. If you have an auto, put in a tranny temp gauge too. After that, since you have the P7100 pump, call one of the peformance shops (go to the links page) and telol them what you want to do. They will give you great advice and lots of options.
