Weird problems after head gasket

An odd assortment of problems have appeared after replacing a head gasket and swapping stock injectors for RV275 clones from Pensacola Diesel on my '99 3500. They are as follows:

1)Coolant temperature gauge doesn't move above 140-degrees.
2)Water-in-Fuel light comes whenever the key is turned on, but goes out after about 30 seconds.
3)Wait-to-Start light comes on every time the key is turned on, and does heat every time, too. It appears to stay on the maximum amount of time, regardless of engine temperature.
4)The engine has very little power, though it runs smoothly and starts quickly. Acceleration in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears is extremely slow. It's as if there were no turbo. There is no smoke.

None of these issues existed prior to the work described above. Electrical connections were checked and appear to be okay. Aside from the new injectors, the truck is stock. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

I've never used them, but have not read a single good review of Pensacola Diesel here or else where. That might be related to your power issue. As for the light/ grid heater problems, is it possible that the harness got nicked or damaged when you did the head gasket? That question comes straight from my own experience.

Yes, harness damage is possible. In fact, most or all affected systems seem to share the same ground, so that's where the investigation is headed. Great suggestion. Thanks.
