I have the coolingmist for diesel, (non egt version) and i put in the 2 nozzles in the intake horn... it doesnt seem to help with cooling, i havent tried meth yet, but we did try with only water and water/alcohol 50/50 mix.

do i need a bigger pump or more or bigger nozzles?

EDIT? i emant to post this in the 3rd gen forum, however its the same, i guess. i see about 1450 degrees max on the 06

 

ID say bigger nozzles on my truck my egts will still go to 1300 then stop and not move up from there and i run a watered down mix

 

im running a 375 ml nozzle and it slowed down the climb but if i go to a bigger nozzle I will run my 7 quart res, out as it is now on a handful of short hard pulls i have less then 1 quart left at a 1/4 tank fuel. might need a 5gal. tank now

 

I am not impressed at all with mine.
