As for the most difficult part, I find the primary turbo support placement to be the most difficult. Twins are built off the rear support, everything is piped back to the rear turbo. Which turbos are you planning on using? Nothing really difficult about builting twins, you just have to plug away at it. Its the little parts that drive you crazy, like oil lines, drain lines. You will have to drill a hole into the oil pan, as the early engines don't have the second drain plug.

You running the VE pump?

 

He has a 94 so it'll be p-pumped.
