Want to swap rear axle to get dics brakes

I have a 98.5 2500 , 3.54 with lsd. I think I have a Dana diff. What I have seen so far is Spicer. What should I look for and what price range?

Check out this kit: http://www.tsmmfg.com/2682.htm
You need to purchase a set of Cadillac Eldorado calipers if you want an emergency brake. I'm thinking about getting this kit. -Glen

Hey that kit isn't priced too badly. Sucks how there's such a big price difference between parking brake and non-parking brake calipers.

You should have a Dana 80 but some had a 70. Look in a junk yard for a 01 and up cummins 2500 with the Dana (Spicer) 80 rear end. They came stock with rear disk and parking brake.

If you have a 2500 auto=Dana 70, if 2500 manual=Dana70/80 Hybrid, if dually=Dana 80.
