Walbro pumps: Pro & Cons
Walbro pumps: Pro & Cons
I find once again (after only 5 months and 5,000 miles) that my lift pump seems to be preparing to take the big "Dirt Nap".
Pressure at idle dropping to 5-6 pounds, raises to 13 when pressing on the accelerator......sometimes.
Other times, I takes two or three pumps on the accelerator to make the pressure rise.
I even tried tapping on the pressure relief valve at the Injection pump, and tapping on the lift pump when the pressuere was low to see if there might have been something hanging up, without success.
Preparing to replace this lift pump for the LAST TIME.
I don't need a FASS system as I am not now and will never be THAT modified.
Thinkiing about the Glacier System and looking for User Input from those that installed that system.
Longevety?
Installation troubles?
Pressures?
