Exclamation Walbro Fuel Sytem owners....ATTN!

I need some help with my fuel pump, I purchased the AFS Big Dog fuel system from wide open diesel and about half the instructions were missing. It's been installed now for about 2 months and runs at 15psi. I heard you can adjust the pressure and I've heard about getting 23psi maybe more in some cases. I don't have the part on the instructions on how to do that, I downloaded them from the website but still isn't all that clear. Did the system come with a pressure regulator or is that something I had to get seprately? I would greatly appreciate detailed help with this. Thanks ALL!

I'm doing mine the first of the week...looks like you loosen the return line on the back of the regulator that goes to the filler neck, then the nut on the front of the regulator that is on the 90* fitting, turn the body of the regulator to adjust tension on the spring /ball inside, tighten up the nut on the front of the regulator, (90*fitting)then retighten the rear line back up. I'm sure someone will chime in if I've missed it............bp

I have the Walbro system from Glacier Diesel. It has a regulator that has different thickness washers inside and you just add or take out washers for your pressure. Im runnin 15 to 16 lbs and thats plenty . The VP bypass valve opens at 14 psi.

Ok, thanks. I know I'm providing enough fuel right now for what I've got, but do you think I'll need to adjust it when I add more mods.....injectors, stack another programmer, so on...??? What do you think?

All you have to do is go to their website, poke around a bit and download the instructions. I found them in less than 10 seconds:
