Talking Walbro 392 installed

I gutted out my fuel lines from VP to just in front of the tank and installed an GFS-392 Lift Pump System and GDP Big Line Kit from Glacier Diesel Power. What a difference a new pump makes over a worn out stock one. Before it would idle at about 13psi, not bad, but I could easily suck it down to 3 psi. Not so good.
Now I have about 19 psi at idle and haven't been able to bring it down to even 15psi.
Just have to say what a great and complete kit this was and it all went on without any problems. Thanks to the folks at Glacier Diesel Power.
Now tranny is on the next to do list and then some power

If I understand correctly you don't have to drop the tank to install the new pump? It will suck threw the existing in tank LP?
Sorry for the noob question but when I eventually find the right truck for me I want to know exactly what to do with it.

that is exactly correct, no dropping of the tank required. you can if you want to, but it would just be for fun, not necessary at all, wouldn't even make the job any easier.

Amazing A product that performs better than OEM and is easier to install... !?

I wish more things in life were like that.
Thanks

ya no kidding. did you look at the glacier diesel power website about that pump too? it's rated at like 150n psi and it only runs at about 20 psi on our trucks so theroetically, it should last forever cause that only about 1/5 of it's rated load!

if it is a stock lp it isn't in the tank, it's on the engine!

But if went to the dealer recently to have his lp changed cause the old was shot, then it would be in the tank.
