Walbro

Is the Walbro pump equivalent to a fass pump? I am in the market for a performance pump but not sure witch way to go.

Hey carr,
I'm gonna give you a bump and hyjack your thread a little. Have the same question, but for a 3rd Gen. For the whole kit, price wise for the walbro was around $600. (including big lines, filter and something else.) I was leaning toward walbro, but FASS has suposedly came out with a quite pump. Now I cannot decide again.

Short answer is yes. Both will help the FP problem with these trucks. They both have different designed systems to do different things. I went with a Walbro pump, as I felt it was a better choice for me. Do a search on both and decide for yourself what is better for you. Lotta ppl argue on here about which is better so you prolly will have a better time just doing research.
