i have a 1990 cummins 4x4, 3.07 gears, auto with 250k, i want to put a custom 4 inch strait exhaust, and a k&n filter set-up on it and a #100 fuel plate but im not sure if my truck is too wore out to do that to?

 

i could be totally wrong, but i think the #100 plate you speak of is for a different type of Injection pump than the one you will find from the factory on your 90.

 

fuel screw in 2 turns.3200 gov. spring. hx-35 turbo. aftercooler optional. it will feel like it has 2 engines under the hood.

 

Pretty good start, but I would substitute a HTT stage 3 compressor upgrade for the hx-35. And 250k, It probably just got broke in about 5k ago.

Jeepsuck, your 101% right, fuel plates(plates aren't they for eating off of) are for 94-98.4 P-pumped engines. 89-93 trucks have a VE pump unless someone swapped it or the engine.
