U-bolt around NV5600 shifter

Guys I'm working on relocating my exhaust brake switch from the rocker that came with it to a push pull that I finally found for cheap to go on the shift lever. Well here's the thing...I made an aluminum mounting bracket....shaped like an "L" to mount the switch in, and planned to put two holes in it and mount it to the shifter with a u-bolt. That's where the problem is.....Lowe's & Menards don't have anything that small (5/8" diameter I think).
Any idea where I can get one?...online maybe?

You could get a cable clamp and use the u-bolt out of that. Try a real hardware store like an Ace or a True Value. I've found their hardware selection to be much better than the warehouse stores.

I still may do that. There's a bunch of old school busses nearby, so I was thinking about using an airbrake push/pull switch........still gotta mount it though.
Hey I sent you a PM.

don't think the air brake switch will work, air presure is used to hold it in and when theres no presure it stays out.
