I have spent the last month adding a BOV to my truck to eliminate the bark at 48 pounds of boost. I am 99.99999999 percent done with it but the valve only holds 30 pounds with the stock spring {about a 5 pound spring is stockand a 9 pound spring is needed } Any way, it is a valve for gas engines but with mega flow. I had to design a operating system using the vac pump on the engine. I added pictures to my gallery. happy boosting and best wishes for the holidays.

Cool. Did you feed it back in to the face of the turbo or exhaust it to the atmo?

Its vented to the atmos.

I'm assuming you've got a solenoid valve on the signal line... how are you triggering it? microswitch on throttle? button on the shifter?
