Turbo timer/ Cooldown Timer

I was looking for a decent turbo timer/cooldown timer. Who makes one that is for a reasonable price, and if you have one, lets here some pros/cons. Was install easy?

I love my Howards Cooldown timer, it was available in the DTR store, link above. But i can't find it now. He does have his own website too.
I think its $65-80?
